This notice covers the kahu.finance website. The Kahu app will have its own before it’s released. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Kahu, obrt za informatičke usluge, owned by Luka Marić (full details in the legal notice). Write to support@kahu.finance about anything on this page.
When you visit
The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles each request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and keep out attacks. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Saved in your browser
Your theme choice and your progress in Find Otis are saved in your own browser. They never reach us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.
When you ask a question
The form sends us the topic and your question, and your name and email if you give them, so we can answer. It’s stored with Cloudflare in the EU. Cloudflare’s Turnstile checks that a person is sending it. To stop floods of questions, we keep a scrambled form of your IP address for a day. A question is deleted a year after it’s answered or closed.
When you email us
Email to support@kahu.finance or hello@kahu.finance is kept at mailbox.org, in Germany. We use it only to answer you, and delete a conversation a year after it ends.
Why we may use it
To answer what you asked, and to keep the site running and safe. Both are legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the services above: Cloudflare (hosting, the question form and its check) and mailbox.org (email). Cloudflare is a US company. Data it handles outside the EU is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how it’s used, or get a copy. Email support@kahu.finance and we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP.
