Autopilot

The things you pay
on repeat.

The loan, the bills, the subscriptions and the installment plans run on their own, and your goals take their share first. What’s left is safe to spend.

How it adds up

In, spoken for,
yours.

This month’s income, less what Autopilot takes and what goes to your goals, is what you can spend without a second thought.

The last eight months

What repeats.
What changes.

Recorded payments from January to August. The repeating part holds steady while everyday spending moves around it.

Example: Alex and Sam’s recorded payments, January to August 2026. What repeats (the loan, the bills and the installment plans) was between €1,290.87 and €1,820.14 every month. Everyday spending moved from €1,760.87 in February to €8,669.86 in April. In August €5,165.25 was spent: €1,448.50 on repeat and €3,716.75 everyday spending.

Alex & Sam’s sample household
  1. What repeats. Each month the loan, the bills and the plans land first. They move only a little.
  2. What changes. Everyday spending swings: €1,760.87 in February, €8,669.86 in April.
  3. A steady base. Whatever the month, €1.3k to €1.8k was already spoken for. That is the part you can plan around.
Goals

Savings with a purpose.

A goal marks money in your accounts for something you want. Nothing is moved, and your goals are counted before your safe to spend.

Example: Alex and Sam’s Savings holds €25,180.00. Three goals label parts of it: Emergency fund €15,200 of €18,000, Japan trip €4,100 of €6,000, and New bike €1,310 of €1,400. The balance does not change; €4,570.00 is free after goals. Each month €551.77 goes to the goals before safe to spend is worked out.

Alex & Sam’s sample household
  1. A goal is a label. Mark part of your savings for an emergency fund. The money stays in the account.
  2. Every goal, its share. A trip to Japan and a new bike take theirs. €4,570.00 is still free.
  3. Set aside before you spend. €551.77 a month goes to your goals first, before Kahu works out what’s safe to spend.
