Accounts & guided setup
Money lives
in different places.
Give each account a place in the household. Then set it up for how it actually works.
One household, many currencies
Any currency.
Totals in yours.

Keep each account in the currency the bank holds it in. Every total is in your household’s currency, and you can change which one that is.
Example: Everyday Account €2,305.51, Savings €25,180.00, USD account $539.40, UK savings £1,250.00, Cash €401.42. With the household in euros the total is €29,845.68; in pounds £25,509.12; in US dollars $32,440.96; in Polish złoty zł 127,441.05. Exchange rates are examples.
- Each account in its own currency. Dollars stay dollars and pounds stay pounds, as the bank holds them.
- Every total in yours. The household counts in euros: €29,845.68 across five accounts.
- Change it any time. Pounds, dollars or złoty: every total follows, zł 127,441.05 in złoty. The accounts stay as they are.
One answer at a time
The right questions.
In the right order.
Watch a short version of the credit-card and loan wizards. Each answer fills in the account, so it works the way yours does.
Example credit card setup: a card with a €4,000 limit, a statement that closes on day 28 and a payment due on day 15, paid in full. The next payment is due on 15 October. Example loan setup: €174,505.30 still owed at 3.40%, equal payments at a fixed rate, €1,040.12 a month until September 2045.
- Answer a few questions. Only what this kind of account needs, one at a time.
- Each answer builds the account. Every answer becomes part of the account as you go.
- Set up the way it really works. A card knows when its payment is due. A loan knows when it ends.
Yours, mine, ours
Two people.
One picture.
Add the people you share money with. Accounts have an owner, payments remember who paid, and income is shown person by person.
Example: Alex and Sam share a household. Alex owns the Everyday Account and the credit card, Sam owns the Partner Account, and Savings belongs to the household. A €60.02 Coop payment on the Partner Account is paid by Sam, the account’s owner, unless you pick someone else. In the month to 19 September, Alex brought in €3,143.90 and Sam €2,363.20.
- Everyone has a place. Add the people you share money with. Each account has an owner, or belongs to the household.
- Every payment, who paid. A shop on Sam’s Partner Account is paid by Sam, unless you pick someone else.
- Income by person. In the month to 19 September, Alex brought in €3,143.90 and Sam €2,363.20.
